Polyphasic Alarms

Using a standard sleep alarm doesn't quite cut it for polyphasic sleep. You don't want to waste time resetting the alarm time six times a day. There are two effective options; an alarm that allows you to set multiple times, or MP3 alarms.

A small number of multiple alarms are available, intended to be used as reminders to take medication.

The other option, MP3 alarms, is just as effective. The idea behind these involves listening to an audio track, perhaps on an MP3 player, home stereo system or car stereo. An MP3 alarm would typically be a relaxing soundtrack, such as white noise, bird song, whale song or rainforest sounds. These relaxing sounds will last for the required time, usually followed by an alarm to wake the listener from their nap.

Here I've provided two MP3 alarms that may be used freely for non-commercial use and hosted on other sites provided credit is given. I cannot accept any responsibility for use of these audio tracks - please ensure you listen to them at appropriate volume, not too loud, but loud enough to wake you up.

These alarms are twenty minutes long.
White Noise followed by Gentle Alarm

Silence followed by Gentle Alarm
Begins with gentle alarm to allow you to check volume levels.

Any requests  for other alarm lengths or times are welcome.
