Uberman
The Uberman sleep schedule is probably the best known polyphasic sleep method
- this is because it's the most extreme. Those who adhere to the original
Uberman schedule
recieve two hours sleep in every 24.
Given the nature of this sleep method, it has attracted a great deal of
attention in new media from those interested in greatly increasing their
available time, and this isn't surprising. Someone sleeping eight hours a night
would get an extra six following the Uberman schedule. Personally I'd gain at
least eight hours a day - that's a whole extra working day, every day.
